b Overview /b p In this Senior Associate role you will manage a high-quality private client caseload, focusing on wills, probate and trusts while contributing to the growth of a respected Swindon team. You will work with own clients and support larger, complex relationships, shaping the team’s direction and business development efforts. The position offers autonomy within an established structure and visibility within a Top 100 firm. You’ll help build the local profile in high-end private client work and mentor junior lawyers, all within a collaborative environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Advise on wills, probate and trusts and broader estate planning matters /li li Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision /li li Support and supervise junior team members /li li Develop and maintain a client referral network /li li Contribute to business development and growth of the private client practice /li li Shape team direction and participate in strategic planning /li li Support larger, more complex client relationships when required /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 7+ years PQE /li li Strong experience across wills, probate and trusts /li li Confident in managing a client caseload independently /li li Proven or clearly demonstrated ability to engage in business development and client relationship building /li li Commercially aware with high standards of client service /li /ul ul li client-focused /li li commercially aware /li li leadership and mentoring /li li wills /li li probate /li li trusts /li /ul
