Woman’s Health Physician Leader

The Women's Health Physician Leadership role provides unified clinical, academic, operational, and strategic leadership across Catholic Health's inpatient and outpatient women's health services. This physician leader integrates the responsibilities of a traditional Department Chair with the systemwide scope of a Women's Service Line Leader, overseeing care delivery to ensure excellence in quality, patient safety, access, experience, education, and growth. In partnership with the Women's Service Line Director, Administrative Dyad Leader, system executives, nursing leadership, and site-based teams, the leader advances a coordinated, mission-driven model of care aligned with Catholic Health's values and strategic priorities. Grounded in the ACOG Physician Leadership Co
