What you’ll need to be our Construction Superintendent: Demonstrated construction experience with broad knowledge of residential construction methods and workmanship standards across all phases of a projectStrong jobsite management, organizational, and field leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans and verify subcontractor compliance with project requirementsEffective communication skills to resolve issues and keep work progressing towards resultsSolid understanding of construction safety practicesIndependent problem-solving skills to make sound decisions and adapt as project conditions changeAbility to closely collaborate with the Project ManagerSupervisory experience, preferred
