They are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join a high-impact, AI-augmented sales team that is rethinking modern prospecting. Key Responsibilities

• Generate Pipeline at Scale: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and data-driven workflows to automate busywork, focusing your energy on connecting with decision-makers at top real estate firms.
• Test & Innovate: Execute and evaluate new go-to-market strategies, providing critical frontline insights directly to the sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate to Win: Work closely with Account Executive mentors and senior leadership to drive revenue growth and form relationships with senior asset managers and brokers.

Qualifications

• The Experience: 1+ years of professional or internship experience. A background in real estate, SaaS, or sales is a bonus, but your hustle, mindset, and ability to thrive in a structured environment matter most.
