✔ Automobile / Two-Wheeler dealership experience preferred

✔ Strong communication & customer-handling skills

✔ Target and performance-oriented approach

✔ Leadership & team-management skills for managerial positions

✔ Knowledge of CRM/MIS preferred

✔ Local market knowledge will be an advantage

✔ Achieve sales/service & dealership KPIs

✔ Ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion

✔ Deliver excellent customer experience

✔ Maintain CRM, reporting & performance MIS
