Job Description
Role Purpose: We are looking for Engineering Manager QA and SRE. Automation Excellence (Must Have) Drive an Automation-First Quality Engineering strategy with >90% automation coverage across critical business journeys. Design and govern scalable test automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, API, Microservices, Performance, and Integration testing. Lead adoption of modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, Karate, JMeter, and k6 . Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases. Define and track automation KPIs including automation coverage, execution efficiency, defect leakage, and release readiness.
