Role: Team Member Manufacturing (Tooth Chamfer)

Reporting to: SECTION INCHARGE - Tooth Chamfer

Location: Sinnar, Nashik

Education Qualification: DME / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience required:

• 3~4 years of experience

• Able to manage production activities

• Training and skill development of the operators

• Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, QMS systems etc.

• Production Planning

• Good Knowledge with CNC , Hobbing Processes Good Knowledge with Sandering Processes

• Knowledge of QMS

• Visual aids Management system

• Soft skills (MS office)

Technical knowledge required:

• QMS, Like IATF :16949, EMS & OHSAS

• Production monitoring and respective analysis

Purpose: To utilize production /engineering skills that can contribute to the company's growth as well as to enhance knowledge of team by exploring new things.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage shift production as per plan and deputing labor for optimum utilization.

• Handling and Knowledge of Hobbing, Tooth Chamfering, CNC turnings & Production lines while adhering to all quality management systems.

• Rework / Rejection generation analysis and suggestions for the improvement in the same.

• Conduct product/process audit as per QMS.

• Ensure quality system adhered (TPM, TQM, 5S) through training.

• Focus on daily production target and dispatch as per schedule.

• Conduct on the job training for the workers for their skills developments.

• Plan and execute the line changeovers by coordinating with the tool store to reduce overall setup time.

• Mitigation of unsafe conditions. Ensure safety while manning and managing the lines.

• Ensure timely completion of all data monitoring systems.

• Supervise & Responsible for line outputs and training of personnel for Production & QA functions.

• Knowledge of QMS / EHS systems

• Supervise and manage the shift schedules and line/ Machine manning.

• Initiate cost saving and improvement projects.

• Ensure the labor planning and Productivity in line with the organization goals.
