Job Description
Location- Noida EXP- 4-8 yrs SKILL- Kofax/ Tungsten Automation
Responsibility
· System Administration: Install, configure, and manage Kofax/Topcall Communication Server (KCS) environments, including line servers, message broadcasting systems, and message routing queues. · Integration & Development: Integrate fax, SMS, email, and voice communications with enterprise platforms like SAP, Microsoft Exchange, or CRM systems using TC/LINK modules. · Automation Workflows: Design document-intensive workflows that securely and automatically capture, process, and distribute high-volume faxes and digital documents. · Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot transmission errors, protocol issues (e.g., FoIP, T.30/T.38), and client application errors. Monitor server performance and handle system backups · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Brilliant written and oral communication skills. · Ability to work in a dynamic environment. · Great time and stress management skills. · Ability to work in a team with great organizational skills.
