Senior Construction Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously from award through closeoutOwn project budgets, cost projections, billing, change orders, and overall financial performanceReview contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirementsCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, procurement, and field operationsWork closely with superintendents, foremen, and field leadership to properly plan and execute projectsManage project schedules and coordinate with general contractors and other tradesIdentify scope changes and additional work and effectively manage change ordersMonitor production, costs, quality, safety, and schedule performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and project teamsParticipate in project turnover, preconstruction meetings, progress meetings, and closeoutMaintain accurate project documentation and communicate project status to company leadership

Qualifications5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferredSpecialty subcontracting experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and cost managementProven ability to xzbcwsv manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of project financials, forecasting, billing, and change managementAbility to effectively lead and coordinate field personnelStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAccountable, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environmentExperience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
