PURPOSE: The Jewish Board’s Youth & Family Services (YFS) Division provides a broad continuum of community-based and residential programs serving youth, individuals, and families across New York City. Our programs serve people with complex needs and significant trauma histories, delivering comprehensive therapeutic, safety, and support services. The Division is committed to a culturally competent, person-centered approach that builds skills and resilience, strengthens families, and connects individuals to community-based services. Programs include, but are not limited to, community crisis programs, evidenced-based, intensive in-home services, care coordination, child welfare preventive and juvenile justice initiatives, children’s residential programs, domestic violence shelters, rapid reho
