Executive Associate / Assistant Manager — AI & Special Projects

The role

A generalist role supporting a senior manager across a wide, changing mix of work: research, presentations, notes, project coordination, and material made with AI tools. Varied, practical, and carrying real responsibility early on.

We are not expecting a finished expert — domain knowledge is learnt on the job.

What you'll be doing

• Taking on projects as they arise and seeing them through to completion.
• Using AI tools daily — research, drafting, summarising, basic analysis, images and video — and checking output before it goes out.
• Preparing presentations, briefing notes and short reports.
• Preparing meeting material, recording decisions and following up on action points.
• Setting up templates and trackers so recurring work becomes quicker.
• Tracking open items so nothing is missed.

What we're looking for

• Accountability. Owns work start to finish; flags problems early.
• Follow-through. Deadlines met; work does not need chasing.
• Initiative. Notices what needs doing and gets on with it.
• Responsiveness. Prompt replies, clear updates, steady progress.
• Positive and level-headed. Constructive under pressure; straightforward to work with.
• Comfortable with technology. Has used Claude or ChatGPT, and a tool like Higgsfield; picks up new software unaided.
• Willingness to learn. Matters more to us than what you already know.
• Clear English, and sound working knowledge of slides and spreadsheets.

What you don't need

A particular degree, college or industry background. Any graduate discipline is welcome.
