Hiring: Freelance Career Counsellor | 1-Month School Project

Beyond Mentor is looking for a passionate and student-focused Freelance Career Counsellor for a 1-month school career counselling project in Ellenabad, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions

Understand students' interests, strengths, abilities and aspirations

Guide students on academic streams and career pathways

Conduct career awareness sessions and workshops

Administer and explain career assessments

Coordinate with teachers and school authorities

Maintain counselling records and submit daily/weekly reports

Create a professional, empathetic and student-friendly counselling experience

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education or a related field preferred

1–6 years of relevant experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong listening and counselling abilities

Comfortable working directly with school students

Able to work independently and manage multiple counselling sessions

Available for the complete 1-month engagement
