Marketing and Social Media Manager

The Greenberg Group, leading retail real estate advisor, is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to build our company's presence from the ground up in order to help the company attract new retail clients. This is a rare opportunity to own social media strategy and implementation — you won't be maintaining an existing playbook, you'll be writing it. Looking for candidates who have 1-2 years experience in social media marketing (internships count), an interest in retail and fashion, and are deeply fluent in how Instagram and LinkedIn actually work (not just how to post to them).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across major platforms.
• Experience with creating content calendars.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, positioning the company president as a pioneer and leader in the field.
• Translate our expertise into visually engaging content
• Manage a consistent posting calendar.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and industry voices — people with genuine reach among retail executives, real estate decision-makers, and retail brand leadership.
• Track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the company president to identify content-worthy moments and turn them into posts quickly
• Monitor industry conversation and engage authentically — following, commenting, and building relationships with relevant accounts in the fashion retail industry.
