Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Area Head – Solar to drive channel sales and business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the solar industry, dealer/distributor management, and market expansion with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of solar products through dealers and distributors.
- Develop and expand the channel partner network.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, EPCs, and key customers.
- Conduct product presentations and dealer training programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Solar Industry .
- Mandatory experience in Channel Sales .
- Strong knowledge of Solar Panels, Inverters, Rooftop Solar Systems, and Renewable Energy Solutions .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
