Role Description The Senior Freelance Modular Designer will work on-site in Sonipat in a full-time capacity, leading the design and development of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding functional and aesthetic needs, preparing design concepts, and developing detailed drawings and layouts for residential and commercial projects. The role involves coordinating with production and installation teams to ensure design feasibility, material selection, and adherence to timelines and quality standards. The designer will oversee site measurements, support space planning, and provide design revisions based on client feedback. This position also requires maintaining industry knowledge, recommending innovative solutions, and upholding Arcamod’s standards for craftsmanship and contemporary design.

Qualifications
- Strong modular design expertise with experience in kitchens, wardrobes, and bespoke furniture solutions.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., CAD software, 3D modeling) and ability to create detailed technical drawings.
- Solid understanding of space planning, ergonomics, materials, finishes, and hardware relevant to modular furniture.
- Client-facing skills, including requirements gathering, presenting design concepts, and managing feedback professionally.
- Experience coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in modular furniture or interior solutions, preferably at a senior or lead designer level.
