Senior Manager Sales (Wedding)

Role Purpose: To drive wedding sales across resorts, contributing to the growing weddings segment (targeting 22% share by 2027).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, travel agents, and event companies .
• Drive wedding business for Ambaghat, Dapoli, Himachal, and Uttarakhand resorts.
• Create customized wedding packages and experiences .
• Achieve revenue and occupancy targets from weddings.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing/Event Management.
• 10 -15 years’ experience in wedding sales or hospitality event sales .
• Strong network of wedding planners and agencies.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
