Studio Urbarc is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Architect with 5+ years of hands-on professional experience to join our design team.

Gurugram Studio | Sector 54, Golf Course Road

The firm emphasizes functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. . Our practice works across architecture and interiors, with luxury residential as our core expertise, while taking on a diverse range of design-led projects.

We’re currently working on exciting sustainable and climate-responsive projects, where design, material, detail and execution come together.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone who is curious, hands-on and particular about the details — someone who enjoys being involved in taking an idea from concept to reality.

YOU SHOULD HAVE :

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture
• Strong architectural and interior design sensibility
• Experience with high-end / design-led projects
• Excellent command of working drawings, GFCs and architectural detailing
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Drive innovation in materials, finishes, facade systems, and architectural solutions.
• Hands-on site experience and contractor coordination
• Confidence in coordinating with consultants and clients
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to execution
• Strong SketchUp skills — essential for 3D modelling and design development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong 3D visualization skills are an advantage — Lumion, Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray or equivalent
