Director of Site Services

Location: Boise, ID

Compensation: $120,000-$180,000 + Incentive

Travel: Extensive

Our client is seeking a Director of Site Services to lead field operations including punch-list completion, warranty work, post-installation repairs, inspections, and project closeout activities across commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a field-based Site Services team.
• Oversee punch-list, warranty, and project closeout work.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and project documentation.
• Drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring field issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction, field operations, or warranty experience.
• Leadership experience managing field teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, inspections, and project closeout processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Compensation:

$120k to $180k per year annual salary. (If client has provided an exact salary, then

no need to use a range; also, if the client has provided an hourly rate, then use same hourly

language from the Contract/Contract-to-Hire section above.)
