CTC: Up to ₹6.00 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales activities.

• Meet potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Identify new business opportunities through regular market visits.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Field Sales.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.

• Local candidates from Kharagpur will be preferred.
