Manager Administration

The Manager – Administration (Bangalore) is responsible for: Office Administration: Manage daily office operations at Bangalore Office: housekeeping/office boys, facility maintenance (utility, AC, generator, water supply, electricity), catering services, stationery & consumables, and visitor management for approximately 90 headcount. Security & Access Control: Manage security guard deployment (2-3 guards) and access control systems including CCTV, biometric access, and visitor badge management for Bangalore Office. Coordinate with the security agency on guard training, KPI reporting, and emergency management in liaison with HSSE. Transport & Courier: Manage vehicle/transport management (2–3 vehicles) and courier services (2–5 dispatches/day) for Bangalore Office. Events & Engagement: Coordinate employee meet-ups, townhall meetings, and festival/event management for Bangalore-based staff (2-4 events/year). Statutory Compliance Support: Support compliance with Shops & Establishments Act (Karnataka, yearly renewal) and provide administrative support for ESIC/PF and Labour Law compliance in coordination with the Sr. Manager – IR (Country). South & East LPG Plants Administration Standards: Provide functional administrative standard-setting and best-practice support to the 4 LPG bottling plants in the South & East region (Bangalore, Namakkal, Hyderabad, Madhurankantam), where day-to-day admin and facility scope is locally managed by respective Plant Managers. Vendor & FM Coordination: Act as the on-site point of contact for the outsourced FM vendor at Bangalore Office, monitoring SLA delivery for housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
