Management trainee

As an Engineering Management Trainee, you will go through a structured learning and development program designed to give you hands-on experience across key operational, technical, and client management functions

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and people management — and want to grow into future leaders within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation. Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics. Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements. Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.

Qualifications:

B. Tech/BE graduates (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields) MBA degree holders (passed out in 2026) eager to grow into management roles Analytical thinkers with strong communication skills & adaptability Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace applications. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
