As a Charge Nurse - Mother Baby at Piedmont Healthcare, you will coordinate clinical and operational activities on the mother-baby unit, ensuring safe, evidence-based postpartum care for mothers and newborns. You will oversee daily staffing, mentor and support nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
