You will manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring seamless coordination with all involved parties. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage event content strategy from planning to delivery. Develop and track event objectives, budgets, resources, and timelines. Ensure all event activities are completed on schedule and within budget. Maintain high standards for event content and overall quality. Proactively communicate and resolve issues with cross-functional teams. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Proficiency in Asana and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: BS Degree preferred | Certifications: CMP, PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Industry Experience: This role requires experience in event operations and project coordination within a corporate or professional services environment.
