Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor network health, identify faults, and troubleshoot connectivity and service-impacting issues across production environments.
• Analyze protocol behavior and resolve issues related to TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and RTCP.
• Support routing and transport environments involving BGP, MPLS, and QoS.
• Work with Cisco IOS-XR and Nokia TMOS based network environments for operational support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to restore network services and maintain stable operations.

Skills Required:

• 8 to 15 years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and RTCP.
• Practical experience in network monitoring and operational troubleshooting.
• Exposure to enterprise or service provider network environments with routing and transport technologies.
• Ability to support network incidents across Cisco and Nokia-based platforms.

Good to Have:

• Cisco Certification, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, BGP, QoS, Cisco IOS-XR, Nokia TMOS.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline.
