People Perfect is hiring on behalf of a leading Telecom Organization for an experienced professional with a background in Software Team Management and Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software team records, onboarding, probation, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and conduct interviews for technical positions.
• Maintain training schedules, records, and employee development documentation.
• Coordinate probation presentations and update employee records.
• Track project staffing, resource allocation, and project closure activities.
• Maintain monthly case records and reports for software teams.
• Prepare event assurance plans and coordinate with management.
• Support Network Security Team activities and related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or Telecom.
• Relevant experience in software team coordination and management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with technical teams.
