Sales Intern (US Region)

Shift: EST Hours (IST: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Duration: 3 months, with PPO for top performers

Stipend: ₹20,000/month + uncapped incentives from day one

About the Role

We're Scale.jobs, a Techstars-backed, profitable startup building the future of job search while shipping world-class products out of Hyderabad. We're looking for an Outbound Sales Intern (US Region) who wants to learn closing the hard way - on live calls, with real US customers, from week one. This is not a shadowing internship. You'll be on the phones from your first week.

What You'll Own

• Run high-volume cold calls to US prospects daily - prospect, pitch, and close
• Drive conversions through sharp communication and disciplined follow-ups
• Operate in sync with US EST hours; learn the customer, the culture, and the clock
• Own your numbers and report on them like a full-time rep would

Who We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome if you're ready to dial hard
• Exceptional spoken English - clear, confident, and persuasive every single time
• Thick skin: you can hear "no" fifty times a day and pick up the phone again
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US EST
• Self-driven and execution-obsessed - you don't wait to be told what to do
• Startup-ready: you embrace ambiguity, iterate fast, and thrive without hand-holding
