A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned trade scopes, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Support subcontractor procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, and payment applications.Monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and costs while identifying and resolving potential issues.Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and field leadership to maintain project progress and quality.Reinforce jobsite safety standards and support risk management initiatives.Prepare monthly project reports and mentor Assistant Project Managers and project coordinators.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and 7+ years of construction project management experienceExperience managing multiple large scopes of work, including at-risk and cost-plus contracts.Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and risk management.
