Insurance Defense Partner | Manhattan, NY (Hybrid) – $225K–$275K

Base Salary: $225K–$275K, depending on book and experience
Practice: Partner or senior lateral to run high-exposure construction, products, transportation, and general liability for Fortune 500 insureds and national carriers.
Our client is an AV-rated national defense firm whose rates support partner compensation most insurance shops cannot match. The book is institutional: Fortune 500 entertainment and construction names, national carriers, catastrophic-response work. About 80% of current partners started at the firm. They will also hire a lateral who can hold a docket on day one.

Requirements: JD and active New York bar 8+ years post-bar insurance defense, with a current Counsel or Partner title — or a senior associate who already runs files Trial, dispositive-motion, or client-relationship experience on high-exposure matters
