Teleperformance is Hiring || Site Wellness Lead
Location: Mohali
Experience: Relevant experience in Wellness, Counselling, Psychology, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Employee Well-being Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the site Wellness Program while ensuring compliance with organizational wellness standards.
Manage and mentor third-party counsellors to deliver high-quality employee support.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to enhance wellness initiatives.
Conduct wellness audits, maintain reports, and analyze program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
Present wellness metrics in MBR, QBR, and HBR meetings.
Oversee client and internal reporting requirements.
Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.
Partner with Recruitment, HR, and Operations to integrate wellness into the employee lifecycle.
Work closely with global research teams on wellness-related initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
Experience managing Wellness Programs, preferably for Trust & Safety / Content Moderation environments.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).
