Pay Range: 35,000 Base Salary + Commission

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

At NFM, you’re not just selling products; you’re shaping the spaces people call home. As our Multi-Family Sales Representative, you’ll partner with multi-family builders to bring style, comfort and quality to life.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Monitor: Maintains a high level of customer loyalty by being proactive in meeting customer needs, providing support through accurate and timely orders and request for information
• Build Relationships: Turn industry leads into meaningful partnerships through outreach, events and consistent follow-up
• Maintain: Generates new business through cold calling, formal and informal sales meetings at customer offices or NFM show room, industry events and other venues
• Stay product-savvy: Attends all product-training meetings
• Support the team: Works the sales floor when requested, maintains the sales floor in a professional manner

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3-5 years outside sales experience
• Ability to read blueprints and specification books within 3-6 months on the job
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
