Purpose of Position- - The Third-Party QA/QC Engineer serves as an independent quality assurance authority for all precast structural building elements — including columns, beams, slabs, wall panels, and staircases. The incumbent ensures that manufacturing, handling, and erection activities strictly conform to approved drawings, specifications, international standards, and contractual requirements. - The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy Major Responsibilities – - Review and approve mix design, material submittals, and batch plant calibration records prior to commencement of casting. - Witness and document all casting operations including formwork inspection, rebar placement, cover verificatio
