Lascade is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to help scale customer acquisition across our portfolio of software products.

We're building Saa S platforms, AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We're looking for someone who understands Meta advertising beyond campaign management—someone who can create winning creatives, build scalable campaigns, and turn advertising spend into measurable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network.

• Build customer acquisition campaigns focused on subscriptions, app installs, and business growth.

• Develop audience strategies using broad targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.

• Continuously improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign performance.

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.

• Work closely with the Creative, Product, and Design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.

• Ensure accurate event tracking, attribution, and campaign reporting.

• Stay updated with Meta's latest advertising features, policies, and best practices.

• Research new audience segments and growth opportunities across international markets.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

• Experience managing advertising budgets with measurable business results.

• Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.

• Experience implementing Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Media Buying certification.

• Experience promoting Saa S products, mobile applications, or subscription-based businesses.

• Experience with dynamic ads and Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns.

• Understanding of landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and attribution models.

• Experience using AI tools for creative generation, campaign optimization, or reporting.
