Our commitment to customer service, reliability, and safety has set us apart serving the agriculture, oil field, industrial, fleet and government accounts throughout the tri state area and beyond.Job Summary:The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the daily scheduling and routing of fuel and lubricant deliveries to ensure safe, timely, and efficient service to customers. This role serves as the central point of communication between drivers, customers, and the internal team, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:·         Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries in an efficient manner·         Coordinate bulk fuel, packaged lubricant, and cardlock deliveries across multiple locations·         Monitor delivery progress and proactively address delays, changes of routes or service issues·         Communicate with drivers through the day and night regarding schedules, safety concerns and customer needs·         Maintain accurate daily dispatch logs and delivery records·         Work closely with operations, sales and warehouse teams to prioritize customer orders·         Assist with emergency or after-hours dispatching as neededQualifications:·         High school diploma or equivalent required·         2+ years of dispatching or logistics experience; preferably in fuel, oil or bulk delivery industries·         Strong communication and problem solving skills·         Ability to multitask and prioritize in a time-sensitive environment·         Experience in petroleum, lubricants or related energy distribution industries·         Familiarity with transport and bobtail operations·         Understanding of fuel inventory systems and terminal operations is a plusBenefits:·         401(k) and matching·         Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance·         Paid time off
