Key Responsibilities: ✅ Achieve primary & secondary sales targets ✅ Expand distribution and outlet coverage ✅ Manage distributors and Sales Officers ✅ Drive new product launches and market activation ✅ Ensure visibility, merchandising, and execution excellence ✅ Monitor competition and provide market intelligence ✅ Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales teams Requirements: ✔ Min 8 years of FMCG sales experience ✔ Strong distributor and channel management skills ✔ Experience in team handling and territory management ✔ Proficiency in SFA/DMS tools and sales analytics ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
