About the Role:

Havas Life Mumbai is looking for a Medical Writer with a strong foundation in scientific and medical communications and the ability to create engaging healthcare content. The ideal candidate will have experience in manuscript writing, publication support, medical education, and healthcare marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scientifically accurate and engaging content for HCPs, patients, and healthcare brands. Write and support development of manuscripts, review articles, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and scientific publications. Create promotional and educational materials including detailing aids, websites, video scripts, patient education content, disease awareness campaigns, and digital assets. Conduct literature reviews and analyze clinical data to develop evidence-based content. Collaborate with medical, strategy, creative, editorial, and account teams. Ensure all content is accurately referenced, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or related field. MBBS/MD/Ph D candidates are welcome. 3–5 years of experience in medical writing, medical communications, healthcare advertising, or pharmaceutical industries. Experience in manuscript writing and publication support preferred. Strong scientific writing, editing, and literature review skills. Knowledge of AMA referencing and medical communication best practices. Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, impactful communication.
