Your Team This role sits inside All Co , the internal backbone of Bolt Farm that supports the entire business across talent, finance, and systems. You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff to the Founder and act as a cross-functional operator supporting leaders across Ops Co, Prop Co, and Brand Co. This is a high-trust, low-bureaucracy environment . There is no traditional HR department. No layers. No handoffs. You are the system for anything messy, unclear, or high-friction. Location
