Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhosari, PCMC & Chakan ( Pune ) . The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and SME clients for international courier, air cargo, and logistics services.

Salary & Compensation:

₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Final offer depends on performance in the interview) + Attractive Sales Incentives

Responsibilities includes: Build and maintain strong client relationships Generate leads and drive sales growth Meet prospective and existing customers through digital platforms and in-person sales visits Develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve area sales growth Identify and establish new business opportunities Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set timelines Maintain a proactive, results-driven approach to sales activities

Candidate Requirements: Self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude Presentable with strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in any discipline. Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Good communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining service offerings and value propositions clearly.
