This role also includes: </p><ul><li> Ensuring timely and compliant clinical documentation while supporting crisis response and staffing coverage . </li><li> Operating under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. </li><li> Collaborating with the Director of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality, trauma-informed care across programs, with a focus on long-term treatment planning, behavioral programming, and family engagement in the RTC setting. </li></ul><p> Location: Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, 40 miles Northwest of Washington DC.
