We are seeking experienced and motivated Final Expense Sales Closers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing final expense insurance deals, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the senior market. This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close final expense insurance leads provided by the company or self-generated.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate final expense products.
• Handle objections professionally and guide clients through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity through CRM
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• The final expense sales closers having minimum of 6 months of experience in final expense insurance closing.
• Strong closing skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Experienced in Microsoft tools
