We’re Hiring: Coaching Head – Study Abroad & Test Preparation Kanan.co | Vadodara | On-Site Kanan.co is looking for an experienced and dynamic Coaching Head to lead our Study Abroad Coaching vertical with strong knowledge of IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT, French, German, English Proficiency, and other study abroad-related courses. Key Responsibilities: Lead coaching operations, trainers, and academic quality. Drive student performance, engagement, and training outcomes. Develop and enhance courses, content, and training strategies. Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and academic sessions. Educate and support B2B clients & partners on our coaching solutions and their benefits. Help partners leverage training to improve student outcomes and business growth. Collaborate with Sales, Admissions & Marketing teams. Ideal Candidate Strong knowledge of IELTS/PTE and international test preparation , with an understanding of SAT, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, French, German, and study abroad programs , along with excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
