Our client is a well-regarded, multi-strategy hedge fund in Manhattan. Please note, financial services and global immigration experience are both required.

Responsibilities:Manage and conduct full-cycle onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.Benefits administration, will be running benefits in-house.Manage global immigration and visa matters in partnership with external counsel, including tracking cases, timelines, assisting in obtaining work visasServe as the focal point for all benefits-related matters and inquiries.Work with the Head of HR to implement and assist with performance management and employee development reviews.Coordinate international immigration and mobility processes, partnering with legal advisors to manage case documentation, timelines, and work authorization requirements across multiple jurisdictions.Assist with selection process of the HRIS and payroll system.
What We’re Looking For :4+years of broad based HR experienceMust have at least 2+ years of with global immigration experienceFinancial Services experience is requiredBachelor's degree is required
The annual base salary range is $110k to $150k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. xzbcwsv Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
