About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our advanced Dental, Aesthetics, Hair & Skin clinic. The ideal candidate will have expertise in surgical dentistry, facial aesthetics, and minor maxillofacial procedures, with a patient-centric approach and strong clinical judgment.

Key Responsibilities1. Surgical & Dental Procedures

Perform surgical extractions (including impacted third molars) Dental implant placement & full-mouth rehabilitation cases Bone grafting & sinus lift procedures Management of facial trauma (minor) Biopsy and management of oral lesions TMJ disorder management Pre-prosthetic surgeries

2. Facial Aesthetic Procedures

Administration of Botox & dermal fillers (facial contouring) Non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures PRP therapy (face & scalp) Thread lifts (if trained) Scar revision procedures Minor facial cosmetic surgeries

3. Hair & Skin Related Procedures

PRP for hair restoration Minor surgical corrections in facial region Collaboration with Dermatologist for combined treatment plans Patient assessment for aesthetic harmony (smile + facial profile analysis)

4. Patient Care & Consultation

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations Develop customized surgical and aesthetic treatment plans Educate patients about procedures, risks, and post-operative care Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records Ensure high standards of infection control and safety protocols

5. Business & Clinic Support

Contribute to treatment planning discussions Support cross-referrals within Dental, Hair & Skin departments Participate in case presentations and internal clinical meets Support brand reputation through patient satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria Education

MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (Mandatory) Registration with Dental Council (Valid license)

Experience

0-3 years of clinical experience (preferred) Experience in aesthetic procedures is an added advantage Experience in implantology and advanced surgical cases preferred

Skills Required

Strong surgical skills Knowledge of facial anatomy & aesthetic proportions Excellent communication and patient counselling skills Ability to work in a multidisciplinary setup Ethical and patient-first approach Attention to detail

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)

Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine Certification in Botox & Fillers Implantology certification Advanced PRP exposure
