Parts Route CourierFairfield Location - Fairfield, NE 68938OverviewPosition Type Part Time Job Shift Day Education Level Not Specified Travel Percentage Road Warrior Category PartsDescriptionPosition Specifics:Department: PartsReports to: Parts and Service Department ManagersSupervises: NonePurpose:Operates vehicles to transport parts, small equipment, supplies and paperwork between the dealership locations.Responsibilities:Transports parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork between dealer facilities and parts drop box locations; may also deliver to customersMaintains assigned truck and trailer, as needed for business needs, on a regular schedule and keeps related equipment in good conditionPerform load securement at each locationQualificationsExperience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:Maintains a valid driver's license, CDL preferredAbility to lift items weighing upwards to 80lbs for loading and unloadingForklift certification required, LandMark can provideMust have a clean driving recordTime management as each location is time sensitive for arrival and departurePhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 80 pounds on a regular basis. Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing in and out of trucks and trailers, and securing loads. Prolonged periods of sitting while operating a vehicle and intermittent standing and walking throughout the shift. Regular use of hands and arms to operate vehicle controls, secure cargo, and handle parts and equipment. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
