• Answer common questions publicly and in direct messages
• Apply strict rules on medical claims, before-and-after consent and patient privacy
• Route consultation requests to consultants the same day
• Report monthly on reach and the consultation requests that began on social

Requirements

• Excellent English and an eye for clean, trustworthy presentation
• Experience with short video and platform-specific formats
• Understanding of consent and privacy in healthcare imagery
• Dependable response times
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Aesthetic, wellness or travel social media experience
• Video editing skills
• Experience with analytics reporting
