Role Description 

The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of residential interior projects, working closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and aesthetic preferences. This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed layouts and construction drawings, selecting finishes and materials, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role includes collaborating with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure designs are accurately implemented, within budget, and on schedule. The Senior Interior Designer will supervise junior designers, review work for quality and consistency, and participate in site visits, measurements, and inspections throughout the project lifecycle. The position also involves preparing presentations, managing client approvals, and maintaining high design standards aligned with myNivasa’s brand and quality expectations.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of Interior Design, Space Planning, and Construction Drawings.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.

* Experience with FF&E selection, materials, and finishes.

* Strong project coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

* Knowledge of residential projects and construction practices.
