Recruiter

We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, and dedicated Recruiter to join our growing staffing and consulting team. Previous recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but it is not required. We value work ethic, attitude, consistency, and determination. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, identify, and engage qualified candidates for a variety of positions across multiple industries.Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other recruiting platforms to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and career interests.Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and hiring needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide timely follow-ups.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.Manage multiple open positions while staying organized and meeting deadlines.Consistently work toward individual and team recruiting goals.Take initiative in identifying new candidates and improving recruiting strategies.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.Experience in sales, customer service, or other people-facing roles.Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, or other job boards.Experience sourcing candidates and conducting phone screenings.Knowledge of IT, Engineering, Finance, or Life Sciences staffing.
