Collinwood is assisting our client, a well-respected construction firm, in their effort to hire/engage an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Support Analyst.
In this role, you will:Provide first-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), assisting employees, managers, HR, and Payroll teams with payroll-related inquiries, system issues, configuration changes, reporting requests, and integration support.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, support payroll processing activities, maintain reports, monitor integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and ECP, and escalate complex issues when needed.Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and a high level of customer service.
What we need from you:Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including troubleshooting payroll-related inquiries and system issues.Familiarity with SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and payroll monitoring.Understanding of Employee Central (EC)-to-ECP data integration, replication monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.Working knowledge of SAP payroll master data, infotypes, wage types, and payroll results.Experience supporting payroll reporting, data validation, testing, and configuration changes.Familiarity with role-based permissions, system access troubleshooting, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. xzbcwsv Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and confidentiality.
