Established in 2015, Sterile Safequip & Chemicals Limited is a manufacturer of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostic devices. We specialize in sterilization systems — Ethylene Oxide (ETO) gas sterilizers and low-temperature plasma hydrogen peroxide sterilization systems — used by hospitals and medical device manufacturers, along with diagnostic instruments such as ESR Analyzers, Biochemistry Analyzers and Coagulation Analyzers for laboratory professionals.

We operate under ISO 13485:2016, are registered with the USFDA, licensed by CDSCO in India, and export to the USA.

We are seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations at our Ahmedabad facility. The role spans bookkeeping in Tally Prime, statutory compliance, and the import-export documentation that supports our manufacturing and overseas business.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Ahmedabad facility. Freshers will receive structured training from senior finance personnel; experienced candidates can take independent ownership of the accounting function from the outset.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime — sales, purchase, journal, payment, and receipt entries
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and e-invoices in line with GST requirements
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, including data compilation and reconciliation
• Prepare export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, certificate of origin, and e-BRC follow-up
• Handle import documentation — Bill of Entry, customs paperwork, and coordination with CHA and freight forwarders
• Support preparation of financial statements, cash flow monitoring, and cost analysis for our device and diagnostic product lines
• Maintain organized records for audit, tax assessment, and regulatory inspection, coordinating with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Coordination with CA/CS for documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime — voucher entry, ledger management, and reporting
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and reconciliation
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational discipline
• Currently based in Ahmedabad and available to work on-site full-time
• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Experience with export and import documentation, DGFT portal, or ICEGATE
• Exposure to management accounting — budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, or inventory accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems alongside Tally
• Professional qualification such as CA / ICWA (or pursuing)
• English communication skills for correspondence with overseas suppliers and customers

• Structured training and mentoring from senior finance personnel
• Exposure to the full accounting, taxation, and international trade documentation cycle in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Clear growth path within the finance and commercial function
