Architect – Bengaluru Mayan Designs is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join its team in Bengaluru. Location Mayan Designs 3rd Floor, Suravi, No. 27, MCHS Layout, 1st Main, KV Jairam Road, Jakkur, Bengaluru – About the Role We are seeking a qualified Architect with 5 years of professional experience in architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design and technical skills, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural plans, elevations, approval drawings, construction drawings, and interior detailing. Develop concept designs and presentation drawings. Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and Enscape Assist in area calculations, quantity take-offs, and BOQ preparation. Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants. Research and specify materials, finishes, and products. Conduct site visits and monitor project execution. Work closely with the Principal Designer to ensure timely project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural and interior design experience. Sound knowledge of building bye-laws and approval processes. Familiarity with architectural and interior detailing standards. Proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp Enscape Photoshop Microsoft Office What We're Looking For Strong design sensibility and technical competence. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
