Hiring: Academic Director — Law | Kingston Law College | Kolkata

Kingston Law College — the largest BCI-affiliated law college in Eastern India, with 2,200+ students across all its disciplines — is hiring an Academic Director to lead academic quality and institutional growth. Kingston Law College operates on Kingston Educational Institute’s 28-acre integrated campus in Barasat, Kolkata.

We’re looking for a senior legal academic leader who can own:

NAAC accreditation — end-to-end SSR leadership, IQAC systems, and continuous compliance readiness

BCI compliance — affiliation renewals, provisional approvals, and regulatory

correspondence

Academic administration at scale — governance across 2,200+ students in

LL.B., integrated law, and PG programs

Academic audit — structured, recurring institutional audit frameworks including clinical legal education compliance

Teacher mentoring — faculty development, legal research culture, and academic leadership pipelines

Institutional building — new program approvals, bar association and judiciary partnerships

What you bring:

✔ 12+ years in legal academic administration with hands-on NAAC/BCI compliance leadership

✔ Ph.D. in Law with a track record as IQAC Coordinator / Principal / Academic Director or equivalent

✔ Experience managing large-scale academic operations
